Portal Navigation and Dashboard Overview
The Fancy Portal is your command center for launching and managing your renter rewards program. From tracking engagement to onboarding new residents, the portal gives you everything you need to run your program efficiently across one or more properties. This guide walks through the tools and features available so you can take action quickly, make data-backed decisions, and deliver a seamless resident experience.
The Dashboard: Your Program at a Glance
When you log in, you will land on the Dashboard. This page gives you a high-level overview of how your property or portfolio is performing and how residents are engaging with the program.
Summary Cards at the Top
At the top of the page, you will see five key data points:
- Upcoming payout amount, including transaction count
- Last payout amount and the number of transactions processed
- Lifetime revenue across all transactions
- Total tenants that are in Fancy’s record
These figures are updated automatically and give you an immediate sense of how your program is performing financially and operationally.
Engagement Overview
Just below the summary cards is a performance summary section. This includes:

On-time rent payment
A chart showing the percentage of on-time rent payment over time

Monthly revenue
A chart showing how much in total your company has earned across all properties
Each graph includes tooltips with exact figures and changes over time when you hover over data points.
This section helps you identify success stories, recognize high-performing locations, and resolve pending actions that may be affecting participation.
Navigation Menu: Where to Find What You Need
Located on the left-hand side of the screen, the navigation menu helps you move between key areas of the portal quickly.

Returns you to your main summary view with key metrics and graphs

Properties
Takes you to your property management section where you can view and edit information about each location, including address, description, logo, and image gallery

Incentives
On this page, you can view all incentives, which are campaigns created to incentivize certain resident behaviors such as renewing

Tenants
Opens the full resident directory where you can add new residents, update details, filter by status or property, and resend invites

Finance
Shows all invoices including incentives and revenue share invoices where you may owe or be paid by Fancy

Manage who has access to your Fancy account

Use this to import records from AppFolio or Buildium
