What is Fancy?
Fancy is an app that rewards renters for the things they already do: paying rent and shopping with brands they trust. Any renter can join, even if their property isn't part of the Fancy network. Fancy helps you earn cash back, explore personalized deals and offers, and track your progress toward your monthly rent rewards.
How does Fancy Work?
- Download the App – available on iOS and Android.
- Link a Payment Method – connect your bank account via Plaid.
- Verify Your Monthly Rent Payment – upload a copy of your lease identify your monthly rent payment and confirm details of your lease within the app.
- Complete Monthly Activities – choose five flexible tasks each month, such as referring a friend, viewing a partner offer, linking a card, completing a survey or engaging with bonus content.
- Shop with Partners – earn additional cashback by shopping at participating retailers online or in‑store with your linked card.
